Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be shipped? 

  • All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. We know you are really excited for your new fits ;)

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order tracking says "Delivered" and you still have not received your package, please contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package. 
  • If a package is marked as “returned to sender” and is returned back due to an address issue, we are NOT responsible for any shipping fees. Fees must be covered to reship the order or a refund can be issued. 

Oh no! I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

  • If you realized you entered the wrong address, please email info@embodylabel.com asap with your order number and correct address. We will always try our best to make the changes. If your order has already been processed, we are not able to make any changes. 

What is the return policy?

  • We want you to love your items! You have within 7 business days after receiving your package to request a return or exchange via email returns@embodylabel.com. You have 7 days to ship your return back to us after your return request has been approved. 
    • Your return MUST be approved before shipping your items back. 
  • You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Pirateship.com offers discounted rates! 
    • Please email us the tracking number to ensure it’s shipped within the timeframe. 
  • All items must be unused, in its original item product bag, with all tags attached. Items must also be free of any stains, pet hair, or perfumes to be eligible for returns or exchanges. All bras must be returned with padding. Please include the original proof of purchase. 
    • All returned items are inspected thoroughly. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, the return will be rejected and sent back to you. 

When will my refund be processed?

  • We will notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note original shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount and can take approximately 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Oh no! There’s a problem with my order. What should I do?

  • If the wrong size/item was sent or you received a defective item, please email info@embodylabel.com within 7 days of receiving your package. 
    • In your email please include: Your order number, a clear photo of the defect/wrong size, and a full length photo of the item.
