Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to love your items! Please email returns@embodylabel.com to request a refund or exchange within 7 days after receiving your package. Once your return request has been approved, you have 7 days to ship your items back to us. 

• Your return MUST be approved before shipping your items back. 
• You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Pirateship.com offers discounted rates! 
• Please email us the tracking number to ensure it’s shipped within the timeframe. 
• All items must be unused, in its original item product bag, with all tags attached. Items must also be free of any stains, pet hair, or perfumes to be eligible for returns or exchanges. All bras must be returned with padding. Please include the original proof of purchase. 
• All returned items are inspected thoroughly. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, the return will be rejected and sent back to you. 

We will notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note we will deduct original shipping costs from the total refund amount and it can take approximately 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The benefit of exchanges! Once returned items are inspected and and approved, we will issue an e-gift card and a personalized free shipping discount for you to place your new order. This way you can exchange for different sizes or styles!
